For those serious inquiries about logging food choices for optimal performance, macro plans are available for purchase. Those who thrive on data and tracking, those with or hoping to build discipline, and those who have tried other methods without success may benefit from this method most. Food journals should be kept with accuracy and submitted on a weekly basis. This is not a requirement for training at The Gym Kitchen RVA.

Grocery Tours are educational tours around your local grocery store, looking for quality ingredients to fill your fridge and pantry by understanding nutrition labels and looking for healthier alternatives. Take me to your favorite grocer; we will shop together. If you don't buy it, you won't eat it!

Pantry Preview gets personal! Do you know what's lurking in the depths of your pantry? Not only do we get rid of the stuff that's hurting you, with your permission of course, but we educate on why and offer acceptable alternatives or tools for better food management. Sometimes it takes help like this to get on track!

Meal Planning with recipes and shopping lists is my latest contribution to the health of my clients. The meals I plan contain vital nutrients, are simple to prepare, and should be consumed in moderation (as all things should be!). Take the guess work out of your week.
